- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If there is a delay due to stock availability or high order volume, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with reliable shipping and courier services to ensure safe delivery. Depending on your location, the following options may be available:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days for local deliveries.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days for an additional fee.
- Local Pickup: Customers in the Koster, North West area may arrange in-person pickup.
- Courier Service: For certain orders, we may use trusted couriers such as Aramex, The Courier Guy, or Fastway.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: A fixed fee for standard deliveries within South Africa.
- Variable-Rate Shipping: Calculated according to package weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above R5000 within South Africa.
- Combined Shipping: Multiple items in one order may be shipped together to reduce costs.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Local Deliveries (South Africa): 3–7 business days.
- Express Orders (South Africa): 1–3 business days.
- Remote or Outlying Areas: May take 7–10 business days.
- International Orders: 2–4 weeks, depending on customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
5. Handling International Orders
- We ship internationally upon request.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.
- These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
- Tracking is available for all courier shipments.
- Standard local deliveries may not include detailed tracking.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
- If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@takenotimeup.co.za.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance.
8. Returns and Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
- Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

- Some items, such as custom upholstery or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.
